File expiry & revoke access FAQs
Expiry lets you set a time limit for file access. You can set files to expire after a fixed date and time, or after a recipient opens the file for a defined period.
The countdown starts the moment a recipient opens the file. After the timer runs out, the file is no longer accessible.
Yes. You can specify access start and end dates for individual guests or groups.
Expiry only applies to online access in Digify. If downloads are allowed, recipients can keep their local copies. For full control, enable İndirme Sonrası Kalıcı Koruma.
You can revoke access from all recipients or specific individuals in real time. Once revoked, they can no longer open the file.
Yes. You can toggle access back on instantly if you decide to grant permissions again.
