Secure confidential information, and control access rights within and outside your organization. Digify offers a high level of security offered by enterprise-grade solutions, but is much simpler to use – companies no longer need expensive infrastructure, separate tools and large IT teams to have complete digital security.
In a single solution, Digify encompasses document security, digital rights management, encryption, file tracking, and even partially mobile device management and data loss prevention.
Unlike competing solutions, Digify does not require a special downloaded component to upload or view the file. What this means is that your recipients can more easily view your file, even within a corporate environment where downloads are likely blocked.

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your files with encryption in transit and at rest. Digify uses AES-256 encryption algorithm to protect your files. AES-256 is certified by NSA to protect Top-Secret information. Sessions between you and your portal are always protected with top end in-transit encryption, advanced TLS protocols, and 2,048-bit keys.
Digify is hosted in multiple data centers with reliable power sources and backup systems to offer 99.9% SLAs and redundancy. Our hosting infrastructure is certified for ISO 27001, FedRAMP, FIPS, PCI DSS Level 1 and other certifications. Our HIPAA declaration can be found here.
Files sent via Digify are by default available for viewing only; no copy is stored in the recipient's device. You decide whether to allow print or download a copy. You can also apply watermarks automatically customized to reflect the recipient's information on the file for tracking and identification.
Digify’s patended watermark system works both as a movable watermark that brands a part of the file viewer with the recipient's email address and as an embedded watermark for downloaded or printed copies.
